Saint Jean De Fos

The village of Saint Jean de Fos is a hidden gem next to the famous tourist spot of Saint Guilhem le désert. At the start of summer, I drove to Grotte de Clamouse with a friend with the intention to explore Saint Guilhem le désert, have lunch and explore the village. Saint Guilhem le désert is well known in the occitanie region of France and one that I’ve been many times before and always in love with. Its an hour drive from Montpellier and the roads to the village is scenic, passing through vineyards and fields of green.

I am a Singaporean living in France. Singapore is a melting pot of cultures and like a true blue Singaporean, food is well loved and always a hot conversational topic. While I am trained in digital design and marketing, this website is an outlet for me to document on asian and french food, culture and adventure.  I give all credits of my asian recipes to my mum who is an amazing cook and runs her Indonesian food business in Singapore.
