Prosperity Raw Fish Salad, Singapore style!

Fish

  • Fresh sashimi grade salmon (or Smoked Salmon)

  • Abalone

  • Jelly Fish

Vegetables

  • Carrots

  • Turnips

  • Purple Cabbage

  • Cucumber

  • Kaffir Lime

  • White Daikon Radish

  • Pickled Ginger

Fruits

  • Pomelo

  • Pepper

  • Sesame Oil

  • Peanut Crumbs

  • Golden Crackers

  • Plum Sauce

  • Sesame Seeds

  • White Pepper

  • 5 Spice Powder

  • Toppings inside Red Packet - Five Spice Powder & 1 Tbsp White Sesame


Sauce

  • 1/3 Cup Hoisin Sauce

  • 1/3 Cup Plum Sauce / Abricot Jam

  • 2 Tbsp Honey

  • 2 Tbsp Water

  • 1 Tsp Sesame Oil

Stir to combine & thicken slightly
